Everybody knows that stress is today’s public disease, but few people do something about the problem. Stress can be due to many things, but luckily stress can be reduced or removed.

At Mozhi Consulting, we help you cope with stress – and teach you how to avoid stress.

I have perceived how stress throws otherwise targeted and effective working lives out of gear. With both a great interest in personal development and a therapeutic background, I have developed an effective stress management program. This program is still being further developed and can be used with very good results in your life.

I use different methods (“Lifeline Walking”, Mindfulness, Hypnosis, NLP, and ICC coaching) depending on your condition to help you gain a stress-free everyday life.
